About Me

I have always believed that leadership is not about having all the answers but about how we respond and lead our teams when things do not go according to plan. The moments that challenge us most are the ones that can shape us into the leaders we aspire to be.

Throughout both my personal life and professional career, I learned the necessity of prioritizing what matters and staying curious while navigating life’s many obstacles. I am now dedicating my career to helping others do the same.

My career began as a middle school science teacher. My passion and desire to help others learn and grow began early in my life. While my career trajectory changed over time and led me into HR, my foundation remained consistent. I joined IBM and advanced from individual contributor to management roles to executive roles. This ultimately led me to Avanade, a joint venture between Microsoft and Accenture, where I was promoted to Chief People Officer.

I observed in my journey that what often differentiated me from other smart, strong, capable leaders was that I did not allow my self-limiting beliefs to hold me back. Instead, I constantly pushed myself into growth opportunities to challenge current beliefs. I learned the importance of saying ‘I have not done this before, but I will give it my all, and you can count on me.’ And I am forever grateful to the leaders who took a chance on me – there are many.

As I moved into leadership ranks, I knew that my most important role had to shift from relying on my own capabilities to helping bring out the best in the people and teams I led. That is why I am so passionate about helping other leaders unlock the potential in their teams – which in turn results in personal growth. Even the best leaders need someone they can trust to challenge their thinking, provide perspective, and help them move forward with confidence. That is where I come in.

I am passionate about helping leaders embrace change and discomfort as essential ingredients to growth. Through executive coaching, strategic advisory support and keynote speaking, I help individuals and organizations build greater confidence, deeper relationships, and sustainable resilience. Growth rarely happens in our comfort zones—it happens when we are willing to lean into discomfort, shift our perspectives, and take intentional action to move beyond the present. If this resonates with you, I invite you to connect.
