Coaching
-
Executive coaching is a confidential partnership designed to help leaders increase their effectiveness, strengthen their leadership capabilities, navigate complex challenges, and achieve professional goals with greater clarity and confidence.
-
During a coaching session, you can expect a confidential, thought-provoking conversation focused on your goals, challenges, and opportunities for growth. We will explore root causes underneath symptoms and agree on small actions between sessions to enact long term positive change.
-
I work with varying levels of Executives, from newly appointed to C-suite, as well as emerging female leaders seeking to grow their impact and lead with confidence.
-
Every client situation is unique, and individual challenges vary. Some typical examples of my coaching topics include:
Strategic thinking and vision
Courageous conversations
Communication and influence
Decision making and judgment
Conflict resolution
Resilience and agility
Leading through change
Building trust
Achieving stretch goals
Work-life integration
-
This varies, with most coaching engagements averaging six months. Some clients request a two to three month engagement for specific situational coaching, while others choose ongoing coaching support as they continue to grow in their leadership journey.
-
Absolutely. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of the coaching relationship. Everything discussed during our sessions remains private unless otherwise agreed upon.
Disclaimer: Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or crisis intervention. If concerns arise that fall outside the scope of coaching, I may recommend appropriate professional resources.

Coaching Engagements and Client Relationship
The nature of the coaching relationship depends on who retains the coaching services.
Individual Coaching Engagements
When an individual engages me directly for coaching services, that individual is my client. Coaching goals, discussions, assessments, and outcomes are established collaboratively between the client and coach. All coaching conversations are treated as confidential, subject to applicable law and the terms outlined in the coaching agreement.
Organization-Sponsored Coaching Engagements
When coaching services are sponsored by an employer, organization, or other third party, the sponsoring organization is the contracting client, while the individual executive or leader is the coaching participant. In these engagements, coaching is provided for the benefit of the participant's professional growth and leadership development within the organizational context.
To foster trust and meaningful development, coaching conversations are held in confidence to the greatest extent possible while recognizing that, in organization-sponsored engagements, the sponsoring organization may receive agreed-upon updates regarding engagement objectives, progress, and outcomes. Individual coaching conversations will not be disclosed except as required by law or as otherwise agreed in advance.
Important Note
Coaching is a professional development service and is not therapy, counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or any other licensed professional service. Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or address mental health conditions.
